DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Ensure that procedures followed in the operation conform to the policies of Building House Rules and Regulations.
Coordinate the day to day maintenance of the building including cleaning, purchasing of supplies, arranging for maintenance & repairs of systems, building and equipment, and scheduling of required inspections.
Maintaining records of building activities and renewals &/or updates of permits licenses, & the likes.
Prepare and review contracts with all facility user group or contractors concerning with any all building operations.
Monitor and supervise the building administration front desk officers, security personnel, maintenance & janitorial personnel, and accounting assistants in relation to the building collections & disbursements, work permits, mobilization & demobilization of contractors, access to building amenities & parking spaces.
Assist accounting department with water and association collection
Parking slots Management and access cards management
Development and other programs.
Other related task that may be assigned.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's Degree, Business Administration/Management, or equivalent.
At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in customer service or any related field (Property Management)
Proven experience and excellence in supervisorial/officer level.
Strong analytical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office, technical/business writing skills and documentation.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Must be determined and knowledgeable in public relations and people-skills
Must be excellent in time management skills and able to meet deadlines
