DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Maximum age 27 years old Diploma in computer science/electronics/IT or equivalent. Have worked in related field for min 1 years Have excellent communication, interpersonal skill Have strong IT skill knowledge especially on servers & networking, problem management, helpdesk ticketing, IT Adminsitration, problem solving, hardware, software. Proactive attitude, responsible and ability to own and execute tasks Trouble shooting PC hardware, notebook,PDA, Printer/print server,MS win, internet browser,standard microsoft software, notes clients and other inhouse application problems Receive and record complain / problem from users Provide solutions to problems that occur to the user Escalation of user problems for completion Create summary report problem & resolution Control IT budget Receiving and processing FPU requests from users
