DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Explore new business in the precast industries especially in Government Agencies Identify and develop relationship with industries professionals (Architect, C&S Engineers, Client & Government Agencies) to generate new business opportunities. Compile market information/data and report to marketing manager on sales prospect and business opportunities. Develop and create sales/contract with existing and new clients (Contractors) Handle customer enquiries, customer visits and follow-up action Prepare technical offers for tenders and loose sales and coordinate with Technical & Pre Conract Team. Negotiate with customers and conclude sales/contract. Customer Credit Control and Collection Service and support existing client. Maintain good relationship with existing clients. (TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED)
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Possesses good leadership, excellent team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to develop good relationship with industries professionals, current and potential clients, Must have a good contact with the government agencies Minimun 3 years working experience as a Technical Sales or Marketing Engineer. Project Engineer experience will be of help. Good written and verbal communication in English/Bahasa and computer literacy is essential. Candidates must be self- motivated, willing to travel, resourceful and possesses high passion for details Possess own transport Experience in Precast Construction Works shall be an added advantage.
