DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
To perform accounting and clerical functions
Responsible for prepare Purchase order
Responsible for monitoring worker’s daily attendance
Prepare financial monthly report
Maintain proper financial report and filing systems
Handle Petty Cash
Prepare invoice, monthly company expenses
Monitoring of company account and cash flow
Handle inbound calls
Assist in all general administration work and documentation filling
Compilation of prepared document
Undertake any and all other duties and responsibility
Responsible for the preparation, coordination of recruitment and arrangement for interview
Prepare monthly payroll and maintain the payroll records for employees to ensure its accuracy and completeness
Updates leave, medical and training record from time to time
Preparing and updating correspondence letters and maintain employee personal files
Handle administration task such as maintenance of office equipment, monitoring of stationery and uniform
REQUIREMENT
Must possess Professional Certificate in Accountancy Additional experience in HR, Admin, Account and Secretarial support will be advantageous Computer literate Fluent in English and BM Possess own transportation Able to work under pressure and in fast paced environment Able to motivate in a challenging work environment Good in planning, organizing, interpersonal skills and able to work independently Meticulous, accurate and systematic in execution of duties
