DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Lead and manage warehouse operations for raw materials and FG to ensure 100% stock accuracy and FIFO, to minimize aging inventory, potential write off. Ensuring right level of physical stocks (min / max) and replenishment.
Coach and develop direct reports / other staff, developing high performance workforce to drive local supply chain capability.
Direct and manage RM & FG Warehouse Superintendent in performing warehouse inventory cycle count, yearly stock count and work related to finished goods storing to warehouse and outflow management from warehouse to ensure inventory accuracy and FIFO applied in inventory management.
Evaluate and manage warehouse resources including warehouse staff allocation to support warehouse and logistics activities.
Manage and maintain all material handling tools (Forklift, reach truck, etc) in a good condition
To ensure Safety, Health and Environmental protection in work place.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
