DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Supervise a team of cleaners. Ensure high level of hygiene and cleanliness of the shopping mall. To conduct routine-check on the cleaner performance. Monitor stock of cleaning materials. Submit a weekly/monthly report to Supervisor on any defects/losses/damages. Follow-up on any guest's comments to improve on service.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Energetic, good communication skills, good appearance and had a “Service-Excellent” attitude Good at coordinating, follow-ups and planning. Proficient in Microsoft Office application. Must be willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holiday.
