DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide coordination support for Marketing Department Assist in preparation of graphics and reproduction needs to enhance the professionalism of materials Responsible for project design, concepts development, exploring design direction such as corporate literature, invitations, event items and advertisements Maintain Company Website, brochure and all associates marketing materials with up to date information Coordinate logistics of marketing materials including couriers, printing, packaging, etc. Support Consultancy Development (e.g. marketing strategy on recruitment) Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management
REQUIREMENT

University graduate major in public relations, marketing or related disciplines Minimum 1 year relevant working experience Proficient in MS Office, Illustrator, Photoshop, Web Design and other related computer software Good design sense, flexible, systematic, self-motivated Enable to work independently and under pressure Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin with good communication and interpersonal skills Immediate available is highly preferred
