DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
CORE FUNCTIONS :
• Establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
• Manages an assigned sales based on product line or market segment to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
DETAILS OF FUNCTION:
• Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price
• Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
• Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
• Accurately forecasts annual. quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
• Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products.
• Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
• Develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
• Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
• Holds regular meeting with sales staff
REQUIREMENT
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work Semarang
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
