Study business opportunities at Domestic Market (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe, Institution, Wholesale, Horeca, and others); plan sales targets, sales programs and control their implementation to achieve sales targets, ensure compliance with established policies and strategies.
Opening new market in order to expand market share and achieve the plan to open a new market.
Plan, implement and monitor the effectiveness of the implementation of the New Product Launching of the ZEN brand with a new Decal (retail) and a new design (horeca) to achieve sales targets and branding targets.
Negotiate contract agreements consisting of Sales, Promotions, Term of Payment, Service Level, sales margins, damaged allowances with goals guaranteed product availability and promotional activities to be carried out.
Monitor distribution activities to meet service level targets and product avability at outlets / stores
Plan, recommend and supervise the implementation of the Annual Product Plan to achieve the established marketing objectives.
Recommend and supervise the implementation of Marketing policies relating to products, prices, advertising and promotion to achieve determined marketing and sales objectives.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports to monitor the effectiveness of implementing Marketing Activity Plan.
Manages projects budgets and prepares financial analysis reports to BOD.
Plan and recommend the budget and control its realization to optimize existing resources and the realization of approved budget.
Designing brand awareness programs through digital media channels such as google ad, social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter), email, video series / youtube, and buzzer to build ZEN brand awareness
Design, recommend and monitor the implementation of promotional programs with events (bazaars, exhibitions and others), television advertising media, radio, print media and other media as well as evaluating the effectiveness of programs to increase sales in new markets and existing markets.
Researches and monitors existing client base & market trend to identify potential new product opportunities.
Develop strategy for product launch & sales strategy for new products
Plan, coordinate and supervise the implementation of New Product Plan to achieve the established marketing objectives.
Works with sales teams to identify and implement appropriate sales strategies.
Plan, coordinate subordinate work activities, workforce needs, competency development, and coaching subordinates to create a conducive work atmosphere and increase work productivity.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field
Maximum age of 45 years.
Minimum 8 years experience in the field of Sales / Marketing
Fluent in English both oral and written
Have experience in sales in Retail channels (Modern Trade and General Trade) & Hospitality
Having experience working with Marketing Communication (including Advertising & Promotion, PR and Social Media)
Have experience in managing product launch / marketing campaign events
Strong in planning and having sharp analysis
Communicative and can lead teams
Strong analytical skills, Business Savvy and the ability to multi task are essential
