DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences and business travel arrangements.
Arrange and confirm appointments.
Preparing and distributing of all documents for meetings.
Drafting letters and other documents.
Setting up and maintain filling systems.
Provide professional administrative support.
Having knowledge in document control.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Good communication. Good computer skills. Able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
