DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• Responsible to process purchase order forms, make proforma invoices and final invoices.
• Responsible to fill and update data in sales file system.
Adjusting Order Management (OM): Order & Overview Payment.
Adjusting PO & FI Summary
• Responsible to update data stock packaging with/without deposit packaging.
• Responsible to send payment information to related department
• Responsible to send internal order to related department
• Provide administrative support to the Coordinator as needed
• Responsible to keep all sales related administration neatly organized (softcopy and hardcopy)
• Maintain a filling system/gather documents both in soft and hard copies.
• Responsible to register warranty sticker for Knockbox and inform clients
• Responsible to update monthly Knockbox’s shipment in related docs.
