DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Handling general affairs and office management, e.g. photocopy machine, printer, telephony, electricity, water, AC, pantry.
Interface with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions .
Procurement/inventory control of office stationaries and pantry supplies.
Record keeping of office assets (e.g. workstation labels, desktops/laptops labels etc.)
Coordinate travel arrangements (e.g. hotel reservation, transport/taxi etc.).
Assist with preparing reimbursement, voucher and other claim.
Updating employee attendance (absence, leave).
Reconcile timesheets and leave records.
Maintain and update staff medical claims.
REQUIREMENT
D3 any major from reputable University.
Have 1-2 years experience as a General Affair Administration. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Detail oriented, good communication skill.
Good at operating Ms. Office (Word, Excel).
Able to speak English is preferable
