Perform loan redemption and/or other loan operation functions
Liaise with lawyers to ensure completeness of Redemption case
Update of transfer of ownership, change of vehicle number, deregistration & impounded vehicle etc.
Answer customers’ enquiries relating to all loan products
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Diploma Experienced in working with and helping customers Able to multitask Meticulous and organized Strong interpersonal skills Previous past experiences in education sector will be an advantage
