DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Perform clerical duties, such as preparing reports, minutes, statistics and patient information Handle general enquiries from internal/external customers and electronic payment by patients Manage inventory & stock taking for smooth operation of the unit Coordinate meetings/trainings/activities and transport arrangement Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s) Shift duties required
REQUIREMENT

Form 5 or above, with at least 1 year’s relevant experience Candidates with customer services experience in airlines, aviation and hospitality industries would be an asset Customer-oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills Willing to work in clinical areas Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
