DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for full range of office administrative duties including office housekeeping and maintenance, renovation and relocation, security and safety, etc. Assist in formulation of office administration procedures Responsible for administration of petty cash Maintain staff leave and attendance records in HRIS system Any ad hoc duties assigned
REQUIREMENT

Tertiary education in Business Administration or related disciplines Mature with at least 3-year relevant experience in similar capacity Hands-on experience in administrative task with some Personnel & IT knowledge Strong in MS Office applications, preferably with Power BI skills Detail-minded, organized, responsible and independent Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong problem solving skill and able to handle common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers and/or supervisor Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
