DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle all front office reception duties in welcoming and attending to needs of visitors and guests, providing information on the accommodation and facilities rates and booking terms; show visitors around to view the facilities, handling all phone calls, mails and deliveries items and registering visitors. Assist in processing all stages of the guests’ stay from receptions, reservations, payments, check-in to check-out according to booking terms and reservation procedures. Assist to answer email booking enquiries, follow-up on requests and draft simple quotations, presenting available options to guests and offer assistance in making choices, ensuring that room bookings are made and recorded accurately, reservations and cancellations are processed efficiently. Assist in finance settlement and recording functions such as invoicing, receipting, payments, recording of financial transactions and preparing reports. Assist to report any maintenance, breakage or cleanliness problems to the relevant service departments. Keep an inventory of all supplies, furniture and equipment in the various facilities of the Centre and take orders for replacements and replenishments of supplies.
REQUIREMENT

GCE N-level and above. Proficient in MS Office Suite. Resourceful and proactive. Excellent organisational, multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Customer service attitude and team player.
