DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for beauty stores daily operational management including sales activities, sales goals achievement, staff management and customer satisfaction. To lead a team of sales supervisors to achieve retail stores sales target and goals. Recruiting, coaching and developing strong second liners. Monitoring and evaluate the daily sales to ensure achieving monthly / yearly sales targets. Provide constructive feedback on sales, effectiveness of advertisements & promotions, customers’ feedback on products and services as well as market trends. Ensure optimal inventory levels and exercise control measure for all products in the stores.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent 2 years managerial experience in retail industry Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply Analytical, meticulous and have sharp business acumen Possess high level of commitment and able to demonstrate initiative and integrity Organized, confident, result-oriented and enjoy the challenge of working in a competitive and fast paced environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to generate respect and trust from staff and external parties Possess own transport and willing to travel
