DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
In charge of all Logistics and delivery of Track work components, Tools & Equipment and Machinery
Must have good contacts with Local Shipping and Logistics companies.
Capable of handling Logistics for multiple projects
Liaise with suppliers on MCOC, packaging and Shipment of Track Works components.
Liaise with LTA on completion and signing off MCOC.
Track shipping of Track work components, Tools & Equipment and machinery
Get minimum 3 competitive quotations for forwarding every shipping.
Liaise with SMRT, LTA & Project team on delivery of shipment to SMRT premises.
Update all shipping documents, maintain spread sheet on all items shipped and to be shipped for project.
Upload all shipping documents to Project server and maintain records.
Liaise with finance, procurement and project team on payment to shipping and logistics companies.
REQUIREMENT
Degree or Diploma in any field At least 2 to 4 Year(s) of working experience of Logistics Good communication in written and spoken in English
