DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage inventory for sales and instruments in Aureus schools, including updating transactions in the NetSuite system Provide logistical support for all incoming and outgoing instruments Support sales through timely communications with customer Monitor deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of inventory, inventory cost, and shipments Ensure all product details and reports are being updated for the planning of future sales promotions Responsible for planning and tracking shipments Conducting regular stock takes Liaise with the Finance team regarding inventory/fixed asset movement/adjustment Other job-related ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENT

Candidates must possess at least 1 - 2 years of related experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) Experience in using NetSuite and CRM is preferred Excellent standard of customer service and professionalism in communicating with clients Good team player Be positive and flexible to cope with the fast-growing pace of the company
