DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Conduct and monitor documents relating to licensing Handle employee disputes, such as Bipartite, Tripartite until Industrial Relation Court Establishing good relationships with parties in store and warehouse environments to maintain good relations with local communities Responsible to do exit interview
REQUIREMENT

At least Bachelor’s Degree in Law from reputable University At least 5 years of working experience in the same field Has experience in Retail Industries with more than 2000 employees will be preferred Excellent knowledge of Labor Law : Civil, Criminal, Administrative Procedural Law, Mediation Technique, Mass Communication, Mediation, Immigration, Labor Union and Work Termination Strategy (PHI, UU No. 13, Pidana & Perdata) Has leadership, organizational & interpersonal skills Good communication skills in English Willing to mobile based on company needs
