Serve as the primary HRBP for all departments, addressing their HR needs. Plan human resources in alignment with the company's business requirements and make necessary adjustments. Collaborate with all departments, ensuring the performance evaluations are tightly integrated with actual operations.
REQUIREMENT

Comprehensive knowledge of performance management and HR planning. Excellent team collaboration and cross-departmental communication skills. Profound execution skills with the capability to deeply understand operations. Thorough understanding of the company culture, ensuring performance evaluation aligns with it.
