DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handling and troubleshoot daily matter between user and devices, application/system Assist/help user to troubleshooting, repairing and resolving the problem with devices, application/system and network Inspect and monitor the license validity period Preparing weekly and monthly reports for trouble ticket Finish the job and other duties given by leader/supervisor Coordination and Cooperate with related parties for any IT matters
REQUIREMENT

Diploma or Bachelor Degree from reputable university (GPA minimum 3.00) Having experience relevant to this role will be advantage (prefer that familiar with Shipping Knowledge) Fluent in English (written and spoken) Able to speak mandarin is an advantage Able to work under pressure Good Logical in Troubleshooting Hardware and Software Understand and Comprehend the RDBMS; SQL, MySQL, PhP Proficient and Capable with OS Windows/Linux, Office Application and any Support Software, Network Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
