DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide 1st & 2nd level service and customer support.
Diagnosing technical error and manage assigned task.
Troubleshoot POS, PC/NB, Printer and other related issues in accordance to SLA.
Update all assigned task timely in collaboration with call center and helpdesk team.
Any other assigned technical task from time to time.
