DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Initiate new product development and maintain existing product competitiveness to cope with the changing market demand Conduct regular review on end-to-end mortgage application flow to keep in line with market while within the compliance requirement Develop and maintain appropriate controls to ensure product/operation compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirement Liaise with the Compliance & Legal Department to review and assess adequacy of relevant compliance control Launch promotion programs to aim at increasing mortgage sales revenue of the whole bank Make appropriate escalation of risk reporting in line with organizational procedures Take up special projects assigned
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree or above in Business, Finance or related disciplines Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in product development and sales management in banking or finance institution Good knowledge in real estate loan or unsecured loan products is an advantage Excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills Communication skills and self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese, English and Putonghua Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager
