DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ability to follow strict protocols and processes related to their job End-User technical solution management Creation and maintenance of user accounts, groups, and access management Troubleshoot and support end-user technical and application issues Create and Maintain documentation for all activity, end-user support, technical processes, and management Provide front-line support to our associates both locally and overseas. Manage Local Client equipment/inventory Assist and collaborate with Business Operations and other teams to support information technology operations and initiatives. Ability to be present in the office at least one day each week, with a rare possibility of 2-3 days in the office for special circumstances.
REQUIREMENT

The ideal candidate will be fluent and well versed in English, both written and spoken as this is a customer facing role, with customers who primarily speak English. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or similar Have at least 1 year of experience as a Support Engineer Dependable, organized, thorough, autonomous Proficient with Google Products (docs, sheets, etc) and JIRA (ticketing) Great customer service skills and tremendous patience as most users are asking for help and are frustrated with their situation. Willing to work during US business hours and follow US Holidays
