DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Installing and Configuring computer hardware, Software, Systems, Networks, Printers and scanners Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks Responding in a timely manner to service issues and request Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone) Setting up Accounts for new user Repairing and replacingequipment and necessary Testing New technology Possibly training junior staff
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field Fresh Graduate are welcome Strong attention to detail, documentation, communication skills and follow-through Ability to work off-hours as needed for IT projects Ability to keep up to date with the latest tech innovations Ability to work effectively under pressure. Knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware and software Excellent verbal communication skills Willing to be placed in Jakarta
