REQUIREMENT
Experience with business-to-business (B2B) enterprise-grade support is preferred. Experience with Cloud based serverless, storage, and developer tools technologies. Proven understanding and experience in GCP, AWS, Azure, Email Server, Active Directory, Domain Control, Operating Systems (Office 365, Windows, Linux, etc.). Experience troubleshooting issues and advocating for customer needs is an advantage. Good communication skills in English for effective collaboration within teams and clients.
