DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assisting helpdesk to ensure all cloud-based support tickets are solved in a timely manner. Provide phone, ticketing, email, meeting online, and onsite support to clients if necessary. Ensure excellent customer service is being met. Perform shift work when necessary by following the schedule. Perform pro-active support ticket monitoring and follow-up. Support desktop Windows and MacOS-based environments. Understand and familiar with antivirus and end-point security for internal and external end users Adhere to SLAs agreed with customers. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
REQUIREMENT

Experience with business-to-business (B2B) enterprise-grade support is preferred. Experience with Cloud based serverless, storage, and developer tools technologies. Proven understanding and experience in GCP, AWS, Azure, Email Server, Active Directory, Domain Control, Operating Systems (Office 365, Windows, Linux, etc.). Experience troubleshooting issues and advocating for customer needs is an advantage. Good communication skills in English for effective collaboration within teams and clients.
