REQUIREMENT
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. • Minimum 3 years hands-on experience on IT application support. • Advanced software troubleshooting skills • Advanced knowledge of SQL scripting. • Knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services are added advantage. • Experience in using incident management tool are added advantage. • Knowledge of IT supports standards and processes as well as service delivery best practices. • Good command in English verbal, presentation and listening communications skills. • Previous experience as part of an applications support team or service desk is highly desirable • Proven ability to operate within a fast moving and growing environment • The ability to be flexible, work under pressure, work to deadlines, prioritize and multitask. • Self-starter, quick to learn, attention to details, good time management, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team. • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to deal with people from various organizations and backgrounds locally, regionally and globally • Candidates with regional exposure would be an added advantage. • The role may also require some international trave
