DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• Managing overall Finance function for IFF Indonesia, including financial processes from monthly closing to submission reporting deck to Corporate Finance HQ (New York); Key person on the preparation of annual audited financial statement; Coordination of Internal Audit (SOX); Compliance with Local GAAP and US GAAP.
• Managing company’s all taxes including Review the regular tax reporting submission; Preparation of Annual Corporate Income Tax Return and Withholding and VAT Tax Planning.
• Coordination and feed the data and information to the Consultant for the Tax Audit/Assessment, Tax Objection process, Tax Appeal and Tax Judicial Review process.
• Coordination with other local department team on the Custom Audit, Central Bank Reporting and other regulatory requirement
• Managing local Treasury processes, from payment authorization to cashflow management; Be a strategic partner with the company’s bankers; FX Dealing with the Bank.
• Align with the company’s legal consultant on the preparation of the Annual Report for Annual Meeting Shareholders, BOD/BOC changes, Dividend repatriation and Other company’s legal action.
• Partnership with Local Operation, Commercial Team, Corporate and Service Centers to drive financial performance and delivery.
REQUIREMENT
• CPA or CA or Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 10 years experience with last 3 years on Financial Controller role.
• Proven track record in leading financial and reporting role.
• Experience in working environment with matrix reporting to Regional/Corporate Office
• Strong knowledge on Indonesia Tax Regulation
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English language both spoken and written.
• Strong leadership, people management, planning, organizing and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge in Accounting Standard both Indonesian PSAK and US GAAP/IFRS
• Experience with ERP system, SAP preferred.
