DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Prepare layout drawings for various large projects Identify customer needs, actively participate in sales programs to expand sales results of existing and new customers Support Supervisor for project planning, quotations, tendering and specification Follow up the progress of major projects and outstanding quotations As the first point of contact for technical issues of assigned customers like developers, architects, contractors, consultants etc. Handle technical inquiries, provide quality after-sales installation, maintenance, troubleshooting & repair support to customers Build and maintain strong, trusted and long-term relationship with customers Prepare technical sales reports and analyse related sales data
REQUIREMENT

Higher Diploma or higher in Mechanical/ Electrical / Civil / Building Services Engineering / Business Administration Minimum 1 to 2 years of Sales and Tender experience (Engineering background is preferred) Good communication, selling, problem solving, negotiation and sales planning skills Aggressive to achieve sales targets, good in project planning Proactive, self-motivated, well-organized, team oriented Independent, hardworking, with integrity and able to meet tight deadline Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English Good command in AutoCAD and Microsoft Word, Excel, Proficiency in Dialux will be highly preferred but not a must
