DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Dual reporting to Operation Head and Group Human Resource (Headquarters)
Monitors application and renewal of work permit, Trading License, Manufacturing License, road tax, vehicle license/permit and contracts.
Liaises with relevant authority departments and Government Bodies
Recruiting of local factory workers, analyses manpower needs, and assist in prepares budget
Manage employee attendance record and monthly payroll
Manage worker welfare, discipline and grievances
Manage the housekeeping and landscape of the factory and office compound
Manage the security dept matter, staff transport, stationary order, travel arrangement, training arrangement
Facilitate and coordinate with claimant for compensation claim such as SOCOS, and insurance
Upkeep the office equipment such as telephone, photocopy machine, lighting, air conditioning, toilet, pantry, rooms
Manages proper documentations and filing system.
Any other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Industrial relations, Management, Business studies, or equivalent.
Those with at least 5 years with working experience in a similar job functions preferably from manufacturing will be considered for Senior Executive position
Experience in start -up company will be an added advantage
Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage
