DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identify detail area for improvement, develop and implement related program in order to increase branch effectivity and productivity Plan the unit sales strategy and ensure the achievement of team targets in accordance with the sales area Create, Build, Manage and organize the sales team of the region Performance site visits as needed, collaborate with sales operation teams and related parties. Responsible on submitting on schedule reports Evaluating team reports on potential customer prospects Report regularly to General Manager
REQUIREMENT

Proven minimum 5 years work experience as a National Sales Manager of Material handling & Heavy Equipment Industry. Having Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business Having minimum 5 years experiences in planning and implementing sales strategies.
