DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed CGM sales goals. Identify and qualify new leads within your assigned territory, focusing on hospitals, endocrinology clinics, and primary care practices. Build strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare providers (HCPs), including endocrinologists, diabetologists, and primary care physicians. Educate HCPs on the features and benefits of your company's CGM, highlighting its positive impact on patient outcomes. Partner with HCPs to develop effective strategies for integrating CGM into their patient care plans. Close deals and secure new CGM accounts. Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and continued use of your CGM technology. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in CGM technology and competitor activity. Deliver compelling presentations on CGM benefits and data insights to HCPs and patient support groups. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development.
REQUIREMENT

Age maximum 35 years old Education Bachelor Degree or above in any major Minimum 3-5 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably with a focus on diabetes management solutions. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive healthcare environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with healthcare professionals. Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, reimbursement models, and physician prescribing habits. In-depth knowledge of diabetes management and the benefits of CGM technology. Proficiency in medical terminology and clinical trial data interpretation is a plus. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for healthcare innovation. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English and Mandarin
