DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist the Onsite Engineer if there are obstacles in their job Ensure the Onsite engineers can perform their duties following the SOP Helping the Onsite Engineer find and solve hardware troubleshooting problems Assist the Onsite Engineers who have communication problems (if there are language barriers) Remoting the engineer's laptop if needed in terms of configuring the device. In urgent conditions perform work as an onsite engineer
REQUIREMENT

Minimum education from Vocational High School (SMK) TKJ/ D3 Computer Science Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Service Desk staff for hardware & software troubleshooting for computers (PC, Laptop & Printer) & network Commit to completing the assigned work High analytical and logical skills Good communication skills Mastering English (Oral & Written)
