DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Develop and manage HR policies and procedures. Manage recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Manage payroll processing and related tax reporting requirements. Administer and manage employee benefits programs. Maintain and manage staff personal files. Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Manage office facilities, including maintenance, repairs and waste management. Oversee the security and health&safety Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Provide administrative aid to facilitate the smooth operation of the office.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field. At least several years of experience in HR management, with prior experience in the manufacturing industry being an advantage. Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia. Experience in managing recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Computer literate, knowledge of Ms Office is required (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point). Committed, enthusiastic, proactive, systematic, responsible & organized in work, eager to make a change in the way of work and have good interpersonal skills. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa, both speaking and writing. Willing to work in Terboyo Industrial park, Semarang
