DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables. Lead project teams, providing guidance, direction, and support throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to project management best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to provide regular updates and resolve issues. Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes, identify lessons learned, and incorporate feedback into future projects.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field. Proven experience as an IT project manager, managing complex projects from initiation to closure. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban). Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
