DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assist to handle full cycle of the hiring process.
Conduct orientation or schedule internal training for employees.
Monitor and handle employees' attendance including leave, lateness, early out etc.
Handle the full cycle of the payroll process.
Monitor and control office and stationery expenses.
Verify and proceed with the employee’s overtime claim.
Respond to and verify all panel clinic utilization or medical claim requests from employees.
Manage the foreign worker application by liaising with the agency and immigration to ensure a smooth process according to the government rules and regulations.
Oversee other job/issues pertaining foreign workers embassy, KDN, Immigration, Fomema, etc.
Ensure Manpower Supply Company renew passports and permits updated accordingly to SOCSO, LHDN, Bank, Fomema.
Develop and maintain a systematic filing system to keep up-to-date historical records and private & and confidential documents.
REQUIREMENT
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters
Min qualification Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and above
Possess with own transport
