Analyze trends and results to determine annual unit and gross profile; implement necessary marketing strategies
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories
Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
Complete sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, and follow up on work results
Grow and maintain sales team by taking ownership of recruitment, selection and training new starters
Ensure work results by planning, monitoring, appraising and maintaining discipline within team
Regular attending educational workshops, establishing personal network, reviewing professional publication
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results whenever necessary
REQUIREMENT
Degree in any discipline
Some years of relevant experience as a Financial Planner with proven track record in sales figures
Obtained relevant CMFA papers and passed necessary insurance examinations
Self starter
Driven, motivated and hunger for success
Genuine passion in financial planning, helping others while growing own wealth
Results oriented
