DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company's revenue and growth objectives. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business development. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and collective success. Conduct marketing research to find potential clients. Making a list of potential clients. Build and maintain trusted relationships with potential and existing clients. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Lead negotiations with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements and contracts.
REQUIREMENT

The working venue is in Bandung. Our client is a Japanese Textile company. Currently, they are looking for Sales Staff. Hold min. Diploma's degree. Minimum 5-7 years of experience as Merchandiser/Business Development/Sales from Textile company. Experienced in handling fabric and textile product. Good communication both verbal and non-verbal in English. [Only CV in English will be processed]
