DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Process monthly payroll and ensure statutory and payroll reports are prepared and submitted on time. Able to handle all HR administration work including issuance of letters, contract renewal, managing personnel files, updating organisation charts, preparing headcount movement reports and others. To coordinate the performance management exercises, i.e, confirmation and mid-year/year-end appraisal including issuance of memo and appraisal forms, follow-up, compilation and summary. Performing verification of employees’ attendance records and claims and facilitating any employment dispute amicably with respective employee or supervisor. Work closely with the Industrial Relation team, to assist in getting documentation for investigations and domestic inquiries. Work closely with the Learning & Development team to provide guidance employees’ development. Work closely with the Recruitment team to verify manpower statistic, remuneration package, working hours and etc. Facilitate and administer Outpatient Medical Benefit, Group Hospitalization and Surgical, Group Personal Accident and insurance claims related matters. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to employees. Execute HR processes, initiatives and ensure compliance/adherence to HR Policies. Deal with employment and welfare related issues raised by employees. Manage communication channels and support the communication to all staff.
REQUIREMENT

Degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant qualification. Minimum 2 - 4 years working experience in similar capacity. Good exposure in handling full spectrum of human resource matters. Good in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. Good interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels in the organization. Meticulous and able to work independently. Knowledge in HRIS is ad added advantage. Computer literate-Microsoft Office.
