DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, customer trends, and product applications.
Participate in marketing campaigns, presentations, workshops, and trade shows to promote products/services.
Conduct market research to understand consumer trends for developing marketing strategies.
Development, communication, and implementation of effective assigned of Modern Retail Trade Account strategies including the distribution, availability, and effective in store trade activities.
Build strong relationships with clients to enhance the company's reputation and foster repeat business.
Maintain regular communication with top accounts, addressing selling, delivery, and stock availability issues promptly.
To monitor the placement of point of purchase (POP) at the outlets as per the management instructions.
Monitor the implementation of the desired distribution targets of products including new product development (NPD), promotion activities as per management's instruction.
To perform other ad-hoc as assigned by the superior / management from time to time.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree from accredited institutions of higher learning.
Minimum 3 years related working experience in Retail (F&B).
Proven ability to achieve sales targets by monthly and yearly.
Good communication in English and computer skill (MS Office).
Possess own transportation to visit client around Tangerang area.
