REQUIREMENT
Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary. Arrange new meetings and appointments. Provides information by answering questions and requests of the clients. Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence. Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority; Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager. Preparing Month End Report (Conversion Rating). Maintain a clean and well organized office.
