IT help desk for Live agent Troubleshoot IT-related problems with help from app developers Coordinate with Programming or Product Team on bugs or issues reported through support Help in preparing Support-related materials and adding to Knowledge Base Publishing apps in Appstore and Playstore Occassionally go to centres as techniocal help and support / conduct inspection.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma or Degree Holder, preferably in Information Technology or a related field Knowledgeable and up-to-date on the use of computing & mobile devices. Show degree of proficiency in communicating and writing in English Keen learner with positive attitude New graduates are welcome
