Didirikan pada tahun 2009, perusahaan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk kelapa berkualitas tinggi bagi masyarakat yang saat ini memproduksi produk kelapa berkualitas tinggi seperti Kelapa Kering, Minyak Kelapa Mentah dan Arang Kelapa.
Saat ini, dengan dua pabrik yang berlokasi di Kalimantan dan Pulau Sumatra dengan potensi ekspansi yang tinggi, perusahaan memiliki kapasitas tahunan 6.000 metrik ton Kelapa Kering, 1.400 metrik ton Minyak Kelapa Mentah dan 2.000 metrik ton Arang Kelapa dengan peningkatan tingkat produktivitas setiap tahun.
