Dengan semakin berkembangnya bisnis di property dan Golf Course , maka sejak tahun 2007, perusahaan berubah nama menjadi PT. BOGOR RAYA DEVELOPMENT. Bogor Raya Development adalah Perusahaan property bernuansa resort, yang dikenal dengan sebutan Danau Bogor Raya (Bogor Lake Side), dengan akses langsung tol Jagorawi. Bidang usaha property keseluruhan terdiri 400 hektar. Proyek prestisius pembangunan diawali dengan Perumahan Danau Bogor Raya, sebuah kawasan pemukiman ekslusif bernuansa hijau dengan pemandangan Gunung Salak dengan luas area pemukiman seluas 80 hektar.
