Ciputra and family, in 1994, it listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and followed by its two subsidiaries, PT Ciputra Surya Tbk, in 1999 and PT Ciputra Property Tbk in 2007. In the early 2017 this two subsidiaries, PT Ciputra Surya Tbk and PT Ciputra Property Tbk had been merged into PT Ciputra Development Tbk. Therefore, PT Ciputra Development Tbk becomes a bigger Property Company.
