Company Overview
Established in 1919, the Yamato Group has created innovations to meet the cutting-edge needs of the times, including Japan's first regular-route logistics shipping business and the development of the TA-Q-BIN, which began as individual-to-individual parcels and evolved to support back-orders, mail-orders, and business-to-business parcels.
Today, we have approximately 4,000 logistics bases nationwide in Yamato Group, 57,000 vehicles, and 220,000 employees, and by constructing a fine and flexible logistics network covering all of Japan, we are working to solve the problems of our customers and society through logistics as a member of the social infrastructure.
Based on "YAMATO NEXT100," which is a grand design for mid- to long-term management in the Yamato Group, we aim to be a company that can make our customers' lives more convenient and provide a comprehensive new supply chain that contributes to the business and management decisions of our corporate customers.
