Pama Services Sdn Bhd was established in 2009 formerly known as Pama Services. Has experience in the property management industry for decades. Pama conducts business activities in the Selangor and Kuala Lumpur areas. Nearly 20 properties have been operated by Pama to date, and some properties have been maintained for almost 15 years under professional management of Pama.
Pama is responsible for overseeing residential, commercial and / or industrial properties, including apartments, detached homes, condominium units, and shopping malls. It usually involves managing property owned by another party or entity. Pama acted on behalf of the owner to preserve the value of the property while generating income for example leasing the hall and other amenities among the owners. The purpose is to maintain facilities, safety and layout in management.
