    ​Planning and implementing overall procurement prospects, managing procurement schedules and oversees the procurement department activities. Lead sourcing on commodities by managing price negotiation, supplier selection and evaluation to deliver quality standards and on time delivery. Contracts (including formal, short form, and annual contracts) – drafting, evaluation, negotiation and execution, provide guidance on contract matters to Project managers or other operational staff. To coordinate entire logistic operation including all customs clearances, deliveries to sites, receiving, processing of work orders and invoicing in a timely manner. Work closely with suppliers on long term cost reduction programs, pricing, payment term, expedite and ensure smooth supply of materials to meet production requirements. Monitor the effectiveness of logistic procedures, space utilization and protection of equipment and recommendation for improvement. Responsible to ensure prompt update of all inventory and report in order to minimize variance between records and physical stock. Preparation of Letter of Award, report for award, variation order. To perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time. Required to deal with suppliers from China most of the time.
