DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Implementing data segmentation for our prospect universe and working closely with APJ demand generation team and regional marketing team to execute demand generation programs. This is a strategic Demand Generation leadership position requiring a unique blend of technical and creative skills. The focus of this position is to generate leads and revenue. Actively solicit inputs from key stakeholders regarding new Demand Generation and campaign plan requirements for new product launches and existing product pipeline development. Manage the sales and marketing lead process and productivity initiatives - must be familiar with SFDC and Leads & Prospect leads management process Key liaison person with Contact Centre team to ensure leads are generated and meeting the quarterly target for each ASEAN countries Exhibit a deep understanding of email marketing (list building & management, segmentation, data governance, frequency, content).
REQUIREMENT

5 years of B2B experience in demand generation, marketing campaign & execution in the Technology sector Able to demonstrate strategic marketing, project management, budget management and financial management skill sets. Go-to-market development plan capabilities - including successful launch planning, positioning and execution. Experience with marketing automation platform systems such as Eloqua, familiarity with sales-stage nurture tactics, buyer personas and lead scoring.
